  1. Initial Project Meeting

Your project begins with a conversation about your goals, ideas, and overall vision. Listed below breaks down what to bring to the meeting:

· Basic measurements or house plans

· Photos of ideas or inspiration

· A list of must-have features

2. Preliminary Estimate & Design

Using the information you provide, Triangle D prepares a preliminary estimate. If you decide to move forward, you will receive an authorization form to officially begin the process.

· This is not the final price

· Final measurements and selections must be made before pricing is exact

If you decide to continue, we provide an authorization form to move forward.

3. Field Measurements

After authorization, a team member visits your home or job site to take accurate measurements. This ensures that all cabinetry is designed and built to fit your space precisely.

4. Design & Review

Triangle D then prepares detailed drawings and project specifications. You will have the opportunity to review the designs and request revisions before approving the final layout.

5. Final Approval & Down Payment

Once all design details are finalized, Triangle D confirms the full project scope with you. A down payment is required before fabrication can begin.

6. Fabrication

Your custom cabinetry is crafted by Triangle D’s team in Spearfish. Fabrication timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. You will be kept informed of progress along the way.

Here is what to expect:

· Build time varies depending on project size and complexity

· Seasonal workloads can affect timing

· We will give you an expected window and keep you updated

7. Installation

After fabrication is complete, installation is scheduled. The space should be fully prepared for installation, including flooring and any necessary plumbing, electrical, or painting work.

8. Final Walk-Through

Once installation is finished, Triangle D conducts a final walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any needed adjustments are scheduled promptly.
